Drakes Renewables completed solar installations on the first five units to be refurbished, ensuring these units achieved energy efficiency ratings of A and A+. Following the successful installations, Drakes returned to the units once they were let out, providing client training for the new tenants and setting them up with monitoring systems to track their energy usage and maximize savings.
