BAM Construction commissioned Drakes Renewables to provide a solar PV system for the new Heathside Secondary School, with a strong emphasis on safety and innovation. The installation includes several key features to enhance both performance and security:
Display Screen in the reception area to show real-time system performance to visitors.
Connection to the Fire Alarm System for rapid shutdown in the event of an emergency.
Surge Protection Devices (SPDs) to protect the system from electrical surges.
