Addressing climate change

Ilona Rose House

In the heart of Soho, this development offers best-in-class office space complemented by beautifully landscaped terraces. The building is a masterpiece of design and construction, with plant and equipment carefully concealed on the roof. Above this, a floating platform was constructed to support a large Solar PV array. The system supplies tenants with a source of green and renewable power in this vibrant cultural quarter of London.

Tilted at a 15-degree angle, the Solar PV panels are discreetly positioned, remaining out of public view. They are securely fixed to the steel roof structure, engineered to withstand extremely high wind loads while maintaining the building’s aesthetic and energy-efficiency goals.
